Love Means Never Having to Say You're Sorry


Did you all get this apology email from J.Crew? Am I the only one who thought there should have been some sort of free shipping/percentage off code included to show us that they are reeeeally sorry?

YES, they totally should've included a code!! My fellow J.Crew-loving friend and I were so disgusted, we didn't even go to the J.Crew outlet when we were in Freeport yesterday!
